Née en Bourgogne en 1988, Louise Gros est une artiste imprimeuse spécialisée en taille-douce et lithographie. Inspirée par la nature et la poésie, elle traduit le monde végétal et minéral, la beauté des paysages quotidiens et les détails qui nous entourent.
Après avoir été diplômée de l’École Supérieure des Arts de St-Luc de Liège, elle a parcouru les ateliers d’art imprimé en Europe et au Canada afin de poursuivre sa formation auprès d’artistes confirmés et de découvrir différentes techniques et organisations d’ateliers.
A son retour en France, elle devient membre de la Fondation Taylor et fonde l’association Silex ink, qui lui permet d’initer de nombreux projets interdisciplinaires. En 2022, elle décide de revenir dans sa région natale pour créer un centre d’art ouvert aux artistes : un espace d’échange dédié à la création, la promotion et la diffusion en art imprimé.
Elle expose régulièrement en France et en Belgique et publie en 2023 son premier livre, «Ellipses», en collaboration avec le poète québécois Philippe Chagnon aux Éditions du Noroît.
