Acrylic

Paint using traditional pigments mixed with synthetic resins.

Lacquer

Paint made with a resin from tree sap, various shrubs or with lacquer paints based on thermosetting resins. The technique consists in superimposing layers of lacquers with a vigorous polishing between each layer. It is mostly smooth shiny, but can sometimes also be satin or very Matt.

Painting Pastel

Pastel is an instrument widely used in plastic arts. Taking the form of a colored plastic stick, it is composed of pigments, a filler (chalk or plaster) and a binder (gum arabic, oil, wax). We mainly distinguish fatty pastels (oil or wax), dry pastels, whether soft or hard. Invented in Europe at the end of the 15th century, this tool was very quickly used by great portrait painters of French royalty, such as Charles Le Brun, Rosalba Carriera, Jean Siméon Chardin or Maurice Quentin de La Tour, who will be considered the "Prince of pastellists", thanks to a method of fixation of which only he knew the secret.

Pastel

Drawing made with a colored stick. It consists of pigments, a charge and a binder. A distinction is made between dry pastels (soft or hard) and fatty pastels (oil or wax).

Tempera

Paint based on an emulsion, greasy or lean with a pigment. Traditionally it is a painting using egg yolk, a natural emulsion, or whole egg as a medium to bind pigments.

Painters represent a very personal expression on supports such as paper, rock, canvas, wood, bark, glass, concrete and many other substrates. С раннего детства Лира проявляла интерес к художественному творчеству. После окончания Детской художественной школы она поступила в Цхинвальское художественное училище им. М. Туганова. Параллельно с учёбой начала преподавать рисование и черчение в средней школе в Цхинвале. В 2013 году поступила на факультет искусств Северо-Осетинского государственного университета им. К. Л. Хетагурова. Кроме художественного творчества, занимается фэшн-дизайном. Она создала свою линейку одежды с элементами осетинского национального костюма.

Работы Лиры привлекают самобытностью , экспрессией, эмоциональностью и насыщенностью цветовой палитры. В её творческой манере присутствуют элементы абстракции и декоративности, свободная работа с цветовыми плоскостями. Основные темы в творчестве Лиры — горы родной Осетии и женские образы. Эти пейзажи завораживают красотой, а женские образы динамичны и современны. Они не лишены лиризма и чувственности. Автор подчёркивает красоту женского тела и активную жизненную позицию женщины сегодня.

Лира находится в постоянном творческом поиске, разрабатывая свои темы и оттачивая собственный стиль. Она принимает участие в региональных и республиканских выставках, международных конкурсах , получая высокие оценки критиков. Её полотна уже успели заслужить признание на международных смотрах. Работы художника отмечены дипломами международных конкурсов и фестивалей. Хранятся в частных галереях и музеях.
