We lived for 2 years in Tuscany then in Haute Provence, Bretagne, Herault, Centre/France, Aveyron and now in the departement of Creuse ." This hand carved sculpture is made of cypresswood lightly painted.
Just about wooden sculptures : do not put them on a place where the sun can shine directly on them, nor place them near a heating point . This could create cracks ! If it happens, keep them in a cool place for a while, humidity in the air will close them back. Wood is an alive material !
