Lidia Zadeh Petrescu is a contemporary Romanian painter. Her early academic pursuits led her down the path of mathematics, as she studied at the prestigious National College "Sf. Sava" in Bucharest during high school. Later, she ventured into the realm of technology and automation, enrolling in the Faculty of Automation at the Bucharest Polytechnic Institute. Lidia's pursuit of knowledge and her unceasing quest for excellence also culminated in the attainment of a master's degree in management and communication.

However, Lidia's true passion lay in the world of culture and art. In 1992, she embarked on a transformative journey by delving into the study of culture and art. She immersed herself in the rich tapestry of artistic education, commencing her artistic training at the Italian Institute of Culture. Subsequently, she honed her skills at the School of Arts in Bucharest, specializing in the Painting section. Her dedication to her craft led her to the Stati Art Painting School, where she had the privilege of studying under the guidance of the esteemed artist, Nicoleta Stati. This mentorship has played a crucial role in shaping Lidia's artistic vision and technical proficiency.

Lidia Zadeh Petrescu's artistic endeavors have not gone unnoticed. She has held a series of personal painting exhibitions, allowing art enthusiasts to experience the depth and breadth of her creative expression. Beyond solo exhibitions, she has actively participated in events like the Genoa Painting Biennale, where her work gained international recognition. Her talent has also graced various abstract painting exhibitions in both her native Romania and abroad, further solidifying her position as a prominent figure in the world of contemporary Romanian art.
