This picture can be viewed from different angles – one’s own internal situation and environmental problems. The person looks like they’re trying to get through plastic wrap. This reflects strong emotions in difficult situations such as quarantine. It seems like the foil poisoned her. It seems like both she and we all got choked in that plastic junk. [...]

It seems like the foil poisoned her. It seems like both she and we all got choked in that plastic junk. In my opinion this also shows these ecology problems all over the world.

Lena Krashevka is a contemporary German painter. The main focus of the artist's works is the human being with his or her sentiments and emotions. The main goal of Krashevka's artwork is to depict on canvas the psycho-emotional state that a person is experiencing internally.

The ornamental effect enhances the image's precise emotive qualities without interfering in any way. The virtuosity of the most amazing tone subtleties is what produces the desired effect. A purely native decorative flair is overlaid on the core principles of the classical academic school.

Lena Krashevka was born in 1988, in Belarus, where she graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. She exhibited her works in Germany, Switzerland and Belarus.
