Lena Ash is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary artist and independent curator, working across mixed media, textiles, and conceptual practices.
Through the lens of feminist critique, Lena’s work explores themes of gender stereotypes, cultural narratives, and personal identity. Using experimental materiality, she creates layered and tactile compositions that challenge established social structures while celebrating resilience and transformation.
Following her deep personal calling, Lena shifted her focus entirely to the arts after building a successful career in the aerospace industry. She graduated from the British Higher School of Art and Design and further pursued curatorial studies at the NODE Center for Curatorial Studies in Berlin.
Lena Ash is also the founder of 2chairs artspace, an independent virtual and nomadic project space, supporting artists with unconventional creative journeys. Her works have been exhibited internationally and are part of private collections across Europe.
