Laurence Jenkell, alias JENK, Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, is a French contemporary sculptor. She is known throughout the world for her “Wrapping Candy” sculptures.

For more than 30 years, JENK has been sculpting larger-than-life, colorful candies of various sizes in materials such as bronze, plexiglass, aluminum, marble and Murano glass. She declines her emblematic Wrapping on collections such as ADN, Robots or Butterflies. She extrapolates the twisting gesture to other forms and materials in order to denounce social issues such as environmental, societal issues and the animal cause.

Ranked among the best-selling French artists in the United States, JENK is also in the top 1,000 of the most sold international contemporary artists at auction over the past 20 years in the world. Her works can be found in important private, public, and institutional collections and in numerous galleries in France and abroad.
