The colorful hand represents the lover who offers love, light, and acceptance, while the darker hand, filled with shades of blue, black, and white, is weighed down by insecurities, doubts, and the belief that it is unworthy of such love. The darker hand, haunted by these thoughts, believes that its differences, symbolized by the contrast of colors, make it less beautiful and less deserving of the other. Yet, the vibrant hand constantly reminds the darker one that it is just as equally beautiful, that it is worthy, despite what it may think of itself.
The fading of the darker hand symbolizes how these doubts slowly consume the relationship. It represents the painful feeling of not being enough - the destructive belief that love, no matter how strong, can’t overcome the shadows of self-doubt. The darker hand begins to pull away, unable to shake the conviction that the bright hand deserves someone better, someone without the weight of its insecurities.
This is a story of heartbreak - of two lovers desperately trying to stay together, but feeling that the distance between them is growing with each passing day. It’s the pain of wanting to hold on, but being convinced that you must let go for the sake of the one you love. The vibrant hand does everything it can to pull the darker one back, to remind it that the differences in their colors, the contrasts in their histories, do not make one more worthy than the other. It is the very contrast that makes their love beautiful, and yet the darker hand, overwhelmed by its doubts, believes it can no longer stay.
But this is not the end of their story.
Though the darker hand fades, it does not disappear. Despite the pain, despite the distance, the two hands remain locked in that tender hold. They may be on the edge of separation, but they are not broken. They are still fighting, together, against the forces that threaten to tear them apart. They are still holding on, unwilling to let go. The love is not over - it is a battle, a struggle, but it is not lost.

Painting has always been my way of being there for myself. When I paint, it’s not for anyone else but me. It’s a process that helps me understand my own emotions, and every brushstroke is an extension of my soul. I paint not for others to see, but for myself to feel, yet I hope that when people look at my work, they feel something similar to what I do when I create. My paintings are a reflection of my inner world - a world full of color, emotion, and personal expression.
I often find that the deepest inspiration comes to me in times of sadness, when I feel hurt or overwhelmed. It’s during these moments of emotional depth that I dive into my art, trying to transform those feelings into something beautiful on the canvas. However, this does not mean that all my paintings are dark or sorrowful. On the contrary, I have just as many joyful and vibrant pieces that are filled with light and hope. I am an optimistic person at heart, and my art reflects all sides of me - joy, sorrow, strength, and everything in between.
What I create is deeply personal. My art is mine - not in the literal sense, of course. But every piece holds a part of me. When I paint, I flow into the canvas, and it becomes a part of who I am. This connection makes selling my art difficult, as each painting holds a slice of my heart. I am my art, and each work is a small fragment of my soul. The act of creating is my way of pouring myself into something tangible and meaningful, and when I part with a piece, it’s like letting go of a part of me.
And yet, while each piece does hold a part of me, I’m happy to let my art journey to new places and find its way into the hearts of others.
