I like to use the low lighting of the figure and the contrast of shadow and light. It creates a kind of drama.
I used charcoal chalk "sauce" in the original drawing. It is similar to paint and pastel at the same time and helps to achieve unusual decorative effects in my works. The base of the painting is corrugated cardboard.
So, as you can see, the painting is done with minimal resources. For me, it's about how art can remain art regardless of the materials and medium.
