This is one of my first works using acrylic and bitumen paint for the eyes, nose, cavities and some of the background (the bitumen paint is used in construction, taking several weeks to dry).
The background represents a dark forest and the setting sun which I painted horizontally.
The vertical front features an acient king and his crown, confident and royal in his demeanor.
The bright colors (green, blue and dark pink) contrast the dark forest and brings the king back to live.

I’m living on the shores of Lake Geneva in Lutry and I have discovered painting last year.
My art is bright in colors yet sometimes dark in motif - chaos mixed with harmony.
For me, painting offers a new kind of free-spirited creativity.

I‘m looking forward to having your feedback and suggestions. I speak English, French and German, so don‘t hesitate to contact me in any of those languages.

Enjoy and thank you for visiting
