Born in Lviv in 1987
2002-2008 - studied at LDKDUM named after I. Trusha at the department of artistic weaving2008-2010 – defended her master's thesis at LNAU at the Department of ArtTextiles.
Since 2010 I have been working as a freelance artist in the field of textiles, as well as a teacher andart therapist with children with special needs.
In her artistic practice, Ksenia Hopko prefers hand weaving, mostly works with tapestries. The world of ideas, memories, fantasies is the central theme of works based on one's own feelings and aesthetics.
There are always parables in a philosophical drawingseveral cultural layers and each one is immersed in how much,looks into the drawing, raises his layer. Today to usthe following meaning is closest: compromising, yielding to one's ownwith convictions, we seem to shoot our own shadow.
