A keyhole, a small gap , an unsealed door. I look through the gap between my fingers I plug my ears, but so that I can hear, curiosity surpasses my fear and reason. My heart is pounding like crazy. I see a hundred scary monsters there, I can't stop looking at them, I didn't know I was afraid of monsters. I close my eyes, open again I see that someone is hugging? They are kissing, no sense, why are they doing it, they are undressed. I close my eyes, open again, someone dies, I think there was an accident, I see something terrible, something beautiful, I close my eyes, I continue to see it all! I think I will always see it again, I don't want to remember it. Now I only have a moment, here among you, maybe when I grow up someday I will stop seeing it, and maybe I will someday understand what I saw and stop thinking about it anymore. I wonder if I would have been a different person if I had been more afraid to look at it all then and my curiosity would have been weaker, I wonder if I would have regretted not seeing it.
Did you, too, a curious man, look where you are not allowed ? You quietly crept under someone's door, listened to someone's love through the wall in the next room, did you change ? Did that you who did not see went somewhere else and peacefully lives now without troubling thoughts and analysis.
