This series of artworks refers to the metaphysical approach to space populated by a pot with flowers, a near seen like a section of a personal
temporal eternity, where the vegetative elements are transfigured into the metaphysical, transcendent .Thus, at the limit figuration, the immanents of the light becames oniric reflections and transparents, the flower shape became sphere, within which persist the traces of the pass, of the wear, the cyclicity. The series title, although apparently suggestive, is not refering to the absurdity and anguish prosaic present in Kafka's universe, but rather its starts from the idea of freezing of the personal physical time, by a simple meditative exercise of pure contemplation of the close realities transformed by the passing of time.
For me, as an artist, the still life is a perfect excuse to create a vibrant game between the idea of the volatility and the perennial of the world
that we perceive around us, and the essence of the human spirit: the conscience.
My "flowers" are subtle expressions of a meta-reality, where the viewer is invited to meditation, to exercise his spirit, to discover that energy, that forsure we all have it inside us, that resonates with the silence of the begining of begining.

"THE SUMMIT OF THE ANGELS …
Ovidiu Kloska, a technician, does not allow his profession to come out to light. His presence is perfectly shaped and he is open to substantial and unconventional dialogue. He is a painter and a poet in the same time. From another point of view, the rationalism implied by engineering can be found only when navigating the internet and signing his e mails with the exciting formula I AM KLOSKA.
On the rest, we are dealing with a free spirit, open towards the sky of fantasy, where the presence of gladiator angels reign over lucid insomnia and the turn into unusual paintings. The exercise and the performance in modern techniques of advertising design brought him reputation and all this turned into the promoter of painting. Actually, a poet disguised as a painter, Ovidiu KLOSKA wants to propose to modern man another way of imaging, in a way that common elements of traditional painting cannot find their place anymore.
He does not reject the classics, but he does not worship them with endless devotion either. He feels, in everything, just like a free man. His personal touch on every image comes from all this and it focuses almost entirely only on a specific abstract concept. His show in Focsani looked like the perfection of initiation in angiology, the presence of the angels and their lives aiming to ineffable, to mentally estranging from gravity. This is where the idea of the angel comes from, from a theological and artistic point of view. He is not interested in pointless endless discussions about the genre of angels, just like the previous ones, but only in the population of angels that live in the interval.
The interval is actually the space between God inside us and God outside us. Our guardian angel turns into the dominant element of the painting, in different situations. Kloska’s gloses on the subject are original and they lead to insomnia. Mostly that of the spirit called out from agreed upon conventions to propose another manner of negotiation with the sacred and the eternal. Animated spirit by insoluble questions, he goes deep with every piece on the lands of illusions. He does not give any sentences, he just invite us for journeys into the volatile zones of fiction and mister. Kloska never starts to forget from where he start and he doesn't brake himself to affirm that he's sometimes cross by the seductions of the delirium. He is speaking with angels. In a composition with an aspect of baroque unplaite of very well articulated luxuriant lines, he is calling the memory to imagine a possible dialog with the Guardian Angel. The questions sounds real, the answers are equivocal. The tension of the image associates vulnerable armour and cherub diaphans in a spectacle where the trumpets are sound spelling a possible apocalypse. The chromatics is forcing itself with precious Rembrandtian associations but also with loudly grays metallic articulated. In "the first photo session of a guardian angel" the heavy armors are becoming possible burden, fragile carcases where , in fact, the faith is living . Other times, the spectrum of impenetrable nights presumes grave coloring association. even funeral in bacovian key while the orgiastic feast of joining is having the devataiting air of heresy. The proportion between the dark colors and the cluster of gold yellow glitters that is inundating the sky of compositions is bringing to attention the cosmic couple of light and dark. The gushing fantasy, the nocturnal reverberations of the poetry, as the painter said, amplifies the sonority of chromatics and multiplies the dramatic development
of the forms in the graphic space. Not by fortuitous chance, Ovidiu Kloska is hearing the music of spheres and is seeing angels.
The translation between real and imaginary, between the form and the gesture desinhibated from the compulsion of the authority of tradition, is making the painter to reinvent the space from the perspective of a time animated only by the wing flapping of angel fall into sin.
Substantial plastic comments on such a theme proves the configuration of a vision, a implementation of a stylistic. So, adding ourselves to his tireless introspective
thought, but also to his poetic visionary utterance, I think we are really dealing with a real true creator. There, we can say, is a spirit witch is watching over our bourgeois reconciliation with ourselves ... " / Valentin Ciuca, Art Critic

Certainly at my beginnings as a visual artist, in childhood, I camed into contact first with the landscape executed in classical manner.
At first I drewed, I have learned the secrets, techniques, their stories. Now the artistic maturity, the figurative manner it no longer creates me the same pleasure.
My wish is at the moment to create a landscape from a mental perspective, a "Mindscape" , a visual plastic confiruration different from the classic one ...
but with a starting point the a real landscape. My "forests" and "clearings" are hiding the forms, they clasify a special romance, turnerian like,
the liberated energy is ethereal, subtle, delicate. A viewer admiring a painting from this series in one of my exhibitions has characterized having
something that its exudes from the glamor and the fascination of the jewelry with precious stones.
All elements of landscape plant undergoes a transfiguration that invites to solitary journeys, both in the macrocosm and in the microcosm. The dynamics and the artistic rhythm are given musicality and light vibration. Basically the concept invites to mental journey into the abyss of being, consciousness, memory and hope.

For a very long period of my artistic activity, I made compositions in darker tones and shades, especially in the series "The Book of Angels".
I considered a real challenge to make a series in which to explore the chromatic relationships between the dreams and the game idea. Although most of the compositions made
are predominantly abstract compositions, subtle shapes and crossings colors often form majestic birds, flights, detachments and immense falls.
The title refers to Alice in Wonderland, but, just like in other series, the title is a creation in itself. I focused more on the bizarre idea,
fantastic, dreamy, dreamlike. I remember that in my childhood I had colorful dreams, especially during the summer, during the holidays I spent with my grandparents
in an archaic space filled with domestic animals, blooming fruit trees, early morning when I woke up fishing with my grandfather.
When I begin composing in this series I first think of all of this, then I paint leaving me worn by memories from that beautiful period of my life.

the childhood of chaos series
I always felt that is a very thin connection between all the human religions and the science. The last thories of the creation of the universe are absolutely fascinating. The last great astro-physics minds admits that are many traces that give us signs about the existence of a unique Creator and his “traces” of Creation.
I am fascinating about the idea of BIG BANG… the zero moment of our universe. My background from Technical University where i studied electronics and communication made me an artist that understands our world not only from the view point of the subtle aesthetics that you embrace though arts but from the engineering approach using cuantic physics and the duality theory of the light. In many of my drawings i use graphics from wave modulation that i used to draw in my technical faculty …but in this days the artistic maturity allows me to transform it in petals of energy flowers from example.
I am very interesting in expressing movement from compositions where light and volume contrasts are powerful … i am trying to force the viewer to explore an universe that is reveling exactly in that very moment. The paintings from this series reveals an event of creation,an early creation, calling like a future series of transformation of a sent universe.
There are a lot of strong accents of brushing contrasting with blurry large lighting areas that deceive the viewer.
My forms, volumes, lines, points, structures and not at the last the color relationships of the whole composition I think that in the most cases force you to lost in my creations and to imagine possible next future events. Whatching a Kloska painting of “chaos” makes you for some minutes a creator too.
Some of the paintings are more complicated, more elaborated, some are more simple … but they all invites you to explore not only an artistic version of the childhood of universe but also a inner self mind universe . ” / Ovidiu Kloska / June 2019

" Beginning with July 2014, the idea of this series of pictorial compositions centers on the ancestral couple, primarily with She and HIM in a nearby oneiric almost devoid bodily harm, in a crespuscular space somewhere boundary tangible universe. The compositions have a special status and are like cosmic dust permeated the beginning, which brings the deformed areas in a volatile energy glimpses of early luminary, fine movements of stellar particles seem to outline the only hint of movement. Pictorial dichotomous splits in cold intangible cosmic space around the couple and seem to wear the dermis of bodies like the eroded lost stars. The atmosphere is set in a time zero in weightlessness forgotten somewhere in nothingness untold. The search for the touch of the two bring them in a non limit composition figurations, in that beautiful presence, his hand, is searching her amfofial body, dressed in a kaleidoscopic colors, in a soft betray of a subtle desire to aproach " Ovidiu Kloska

"I started this series of compositions at the age of 37, after losing sameone that i loved very much: my grandmother. She raised me from the day i was born until age of 7 when i went to school in a very old house in a lost countryside village from eastern Romania. I gathered so much memories from that periode of time and i deeply think that helped me so much to think, to dream,to be what i am today. She was a pure soul, naive in a good and great sense of humanity, that lived in another dimension, in another archaic age of earth, of existence. She died not knowing this. Is very hard to imagine that all this memories will endure only inside of me and i try to find a way to give them some form, some energy, expression. I was so sad not having her around me and so obssed on me that in the last of her years the number of my visits was less . I cry sometimes in a strange state of sadness and joy in the same time feeling that her positive energy will endure in me and after me into my children. Is so important to not forget our first steps, our first comtemplation of the forest, of the ground and skies, our childhood roots."

"Art is my big window to understand and accept ! " - KLOSKA
I cannot imagine how one can possibly see behind this work how much time and effort it took for me to develop this unique space that defines me now. I have discovered angels when I almost got drowned three times the same summer and I pray every time at dawn for God to exist. I have discovered real art in Iasi galleries an in the art albums from the second-hand book seller on Lapusneanu street. I have started then sleeping on pillows smelling like linen, with canvas on the walls and under the bed.
I have never eaten paints, though in the first grades I drunk the water for the aquarelle. And here I am, young, continuously wandering and dedicated, sending invitations to an imaginary park for preserving the soul. Most of the plastic themes used, the symbols and shapes included in my work, are taken out from a reality spoiled by time, and then they are reshaped in a special way in my opinion. The most important theme is the wall.
Constantly fascinated, this dynamism of shape opens up in a unique way, by projecting a sway of mind, a mind performance with neurological circuits. This is my “magic eye”.I believe that by uniqueness begins with the very capacity of inventing universe out of things shattered by time, things that have changed into ephemerity. There are hours that I spend staring at the mud, at the wrinkles of the trees, at the rust of walls damaged by time. It is an exercise that everybody should make. It means worming the spirit, getting in touch with the sublime. I am connected to silence and endless time during the short chat between things. Sublime. Esoteric. … And the night… that cold, fascinating light that makes things change their meaning, driven by an inner tremble that is known from a previous moment, fluttering through images.
My visual relates wit dream, unconsciousness, delirium, hallucination, with the change of shape and light, with the spontaneous, illusion, abnormal and normal.
My name is KLOSKA and I will be you host during your visit to the park of preserving the soul.

THE SUMMIT OF THE ANGELS …
He does not give any sentences, he just invite us for journeys into the volatile zones of fiction and mistery.
There, we can say, is a spirit witch is watching over our bourgeois reconciliation with ourselves ...

si umbre, detalii si accente, intrebari, raspunsuri si dileme despre ingeri si prezenta lor in viata si constiinta noastra. Vechile nedumeriri metafizice privind incarcerarea spiritului in trupul efemer sint reluate de tinarul artist in imagini pline de rascoliri intime, dureri existentiale, idei si, in cele din urma, raspunsuri.
In timp, exercitiul te slefuieste", dezvaluie, cu grija
despre arta sa, pictorul Ovidiu Kloska. La intrebarea daca mai sint ingeri in lumea noastra desprinsa de spiritual si ancorata in tenebrele realitatii fizice, artistul striga cu speranta si putere: "Da, mai sint ingeri!
Pictorul Ovidiu Kloska ne imbie la calatorii in mister
Teoretic socoteala s-a dovedit buna, practic insa... A avut insa noroc.
Calatorii in iluzoriu
(Janine VADISLAV)

Autorul promite sa ne desfete ochii cu florile sale metafizice in primavara anului viitor. Chiar daca lucrarile sale se afla in colectii private din strainatate, pe sume deloc de neglijat, in Focsani putini sint cei care isi permit sa investeasca in arta de calitate si implicit in talentul unor artisti tineri. (Silvia VRINCEANU)
Ovidiu Kloska: Mesajul meu este simplu: sintem trecatori, sintem doar urme in perenitatea umanitatii.
ZdV: Merge melancolia pina la depresie in lucrarile tale?
ZdV: Ce parere are Ovidiu Kloska despre viata?
E un curent relativ nou in arta vizuala?
ZdV: Ce filon artistic te ghideaza in acest univers?
O. K.: Sint citiva artisti mari care mi-au "format" directia si felul in care vreau sa traiesc in aceasta frumoasa familie numita ARTA. As aminti un artist polonez foarte apreciat in tarile asiatice mai ales, Zladislav Beksinski, un pictor extraordinar din punctul meu de vedere.
ZdV: Avem o piata de arta in Focsani?
O. K.: Nu cred ca exista asa ceva in Focsani ...
