J’ai commencé à peindre à l’huile avec une professeure orléanaise et j’ai assez rapidement opté pour l’acrylique, qui a un temps de séchage beaucoup plus rapide et qui convient mieux à mon tempérament impatient !
J’ai vécu quelques années outre-mer, notamment en Nouvelle-Calédonie, une île qui m’a énormément inspirée, sans doute par son atmosphère très apaisante et ses paysages souvent déserts et grandioses. Cette expérience a enrichi certaines de mes oeuvres, au niveau des sujets, des couleurs ou des matières ( ajout de sable, fibres végétales ...)’y ai également rencontré un grand peintre, JP Causer, qui m’a beaucoup enrichie par ses conseils extrêmement judicieux et sa personnalité aux multiples facettes.
J'aime créer, inventer, explorer de nouvelles techniques, les mélanger sans scrupule...
La création est à la fois modifiable, infinie et immortelle, c'est ce qui me fascine.
