I am a wife, mother, grandmother, artist, author and feel blessed. I am mostly a self-taught artist. My experience with art started from an early age.
Watching my creative mother, who was a professional hairdresser, do various creative things around our home inspired me to become creative in many ways. Originally, I took a class in oil painting, mainly of landscapes. It was uplifting but as the years went by I fell in love with watercolor and have been painting watercolor landscapes, seascapes for over 20 years. I have had the honor to take several watercolor classes from the late Mr. Tom Fong. He always encouraged me to keep going and enjoy the freedom it made me feel.
