I left school with a good GCSE in art & went on to study a Bachelors degree in Art & Design. Whilst on my course I soon realised I had little money & no real plan for my immediate future with regards to paying my way in the world, so, I left college to get a 'real job' within the catering industry which I stuck at for a number of years.
