Jicé is a contemporary French painter. His pictorial universe is between the figurative and the abstract. The gesture is quick and at the same time precise. He works on canvas with a fairly wide technique of oil, from material to transparency, sometimes with insertions of oxidized metal parts or fibers, from very large to very small format.

The artist finds inspiration in ordinary, everyday people. He wants to offer the viewer a journey between dreams, memories and feelings. His paintings tell stories of men struggling with a powerful industrial and urban world. They take place in space, the perspectives are plunging and the atmosphere cinematographic.
