I started painting consciously since I was 5 years old. Now I am over a half a century old and painting is still very fulfilling for me. From pencil drawings, water colour paintings, color pencil drawings up to Acryl paintings - I have taught myself everything alone without ever studying it at a school or university over years of practice. 

For a long time, I drew with a pencil and crayons only - illustrated children stories which I wrote myself. For about 3 years, I have started painting with acryl paint on a canvas. I am painting abstract pictures but also figures and things. Rather than simply painting things as they are I try to invent my own worlds of fantasy or illustrate my thoughts about things with it. I love painting with strong colors and my pictures are very colorful and bright. As you might discover by looking at the paintings, I am not going after any kind of painting rules except my imagination.
