Ivan Lenardic’ paintings, charged with abundance of substance, represent a true curriculum vitae in which life resounds sweepingly with its rules and contrasts; life in which join hands love and hate, compassion and indifference, aggression and peace, purity and licentiousness, dreaminess and sobriety, youth and old age, hope and death.
Painter’s works are impregnated by a specific atmosphere full of tension and dynamics. It seems as if an invisible flow of energy connected the painter’s work which is distinguished by a variety of motifs to a complete entirety.
