Technicien de formation, de culture, j'ai traversé ma vie en « maker » c'est à dire que le nez toujours dans le guidon, j'ai continument essayé de répondre aux problèmes qui se présentaient par un raisonnement strict exploitant des compétences patiemment acquises.
Ces quatre dernières décennies, j'ai pratiqué l' aéronautique , la pyrotechnie puis la réparation navale, carrière passionnante et très gratifiante pour celui que j'étais dont le moins qu'on puisse dire cependant est qu'elle n'a laissé aucune place à l'improvisation, l'insouciance ou quelque relâchement d'attention que ce soit.
Les années étant venues, la très longue pratique ayant rendu mes mains autonomes, je voudrais lâcher prise et j'essaye donc humblement de me penser créateur pour agir sans plus répondre à rien par les simples ressorts du ressenti, des émotions, ..., de la quête qui ne doit surtout pas aboutir !
Magie de la ferraille, poésie de la ficelle, esthétique du grillage, élégance du ciment, … voies d'expression attirantes autant qu' infinies !
Dorénavant, je rêve, j'imagine, je m'efforce d'errer intérieurement à l'ombre de mon totem, le magnifique chêne vert qui a prété son nom à mon tout modeste atelier, pendant que mes mains, tout au fond du garage qu'il abrite, redressent, forment, soudent, embellissent (je veux l'espérer) à longueur de journée.
