Née en France elle a passé son enfance entre la France et le Japon.
Après des études juridiques et artistiques elle a commencé sa carrière dans la banque puis dans la communication sans renoncer à la peinture peinture parallèlement.
Depuis 1985 elle s'est peu à peu consacrée exclusivement à la peinture.
