The color of sand for these houses overlooked by the minaret of the old mosque.
I fell in love with this alley, this endless staircase which invites you to discover what is hidden behind the porch, these electric wires which run along the walls and which, in the end, contribute to the decor and underline the ancestral architecture of buildings.
The minaret, pointing towards the celestial vault, is a call to spiritual elevation.
The warm colors highlight the blue of the sky. The dark tones of the staircase brighten and then give way to light in the upper part of the painting.
The technique of ink on paper, transparent and luminous, gives intensity to the colors.
Ink fears water and the sun. Frame the painting under glass and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight. I advise you to put a brown mat and a wooden frame.
