It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Au cœur de la composition, un bernard-l'hermite s’abrite non pas dans une coquille naturelle, mais dans une boîte de conserve, un élément artificiel. Ce détail symbolise à la fois l’adaptation de la faune à la pollution et la manière dont l’humain façonne son environnement, parfois malgré lui. L’animal devient un témoin de la résilience du vivant, mais aussi de la fragilité des écosystèmes.
Les couleurs vibrantes et les formes organiques évoquent un monde sous-marin foisonnant, oscillant entre réalisme et surréalisme. La présence d’éléments inspirés de la flore et de la faune marines crée un contraste fort avec l’intrusion des déchets humains, transformés ici en habitat de substitution.
L’œuvre propose ainsi une réflexion écologique et existentielle, interrogeant le rapport entre l’humain et son environnement. Elle illustre également une quête personnelle, un retour aux racines dans un monde en mutation.

Isa Brisset, artiste autodidacte née à Beauvais en 1963, vit et crée à Rennes depuis 1992. Pendant 17 ans, elle a animé son atelier Le choix d’Isa sur la place Sainte-Anne, en plein cœur du centre historique.
Peintre instinctive, elle laisse ses émotions guider son pinceau, sans esquisse ni préparation. Grande coloriste, elle s’inspire de la figuration libre, des impressionnistes et de l’univers d’Alice au pays des merveilles, créant un monde poétique où la nature est souveraine.
Depuis ses 25 ans, elle explore sans limite les matières et techniques : huile, aquarelle, acrylique, pigments, craie, encres, feutres... De 2005 à 2022, son atelier, ouvert en permanence au public, fut un lieu de création et de transmission, notamment auprès des enfants.
