Glossy finish

Many of my paintings and graphic works are devoted to the theater, because the creation of scenography for performances has fascinated me for more than 20 years. I have created scenery for about 200 performances in various theaters of Ukraine. In my work, set design is closely intertwined with painting and graphics. This is how a series of theatrical images and characters turned out, in which the main thing is not external resemblance, but the disclosure of a person’s spiritual qualities with theatrical means and symbols.
How many roles an actor manages to play in his life, how many images he tries on himself. There are people who play roles in real life. We call them hypocrites. They try on masks, depending on the situation. Which of these faces is real?
The graphic work was done in 2007, in mixed media: acrylic and gouache on paper.

She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Graphic Design at the Kyiv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Art and Design named after Mykhailo Boychuk (KGI DPID). She dreams of sharing her art with the world to bring joy to as many people as possible.
