Happiness is not hidden in perfect appearances or the approval of others. True happiness lies in the freedom of self-expression, love, and harmony with nature. This is what my art is about.

The idea for this photoshoot came to me after watching a film about Alexander Vertinsky – the Russian Pierrot. His world is filled with theatrical melancholy, a delicate interplay of images, and deep sorrow hidden beneath an outward eccentricity.
In this image, I wanted to convey this duality: the coquettish, almost festive lightness of the heroine, who opens the box as if expecting a miracle, and the quiet sadness of her companion – a character clad in makeup and a black costume. Their interaction resembles a dialogue between the inner child and the adult, a contrast that has always been a part of Vertinsky’s creative universe.
This photoshoot is my interpretation of the eternal story of the Russian soul—deep, enigmatic, balancing between dream and reality.
Where This Artwork Fits Best
This artistic photograph will become a striking accent in any interior, adding depth, the atmosphere of theatrical performance, and vintage charm. It is ideally suited for:
Classic and vintage interiors – adding a touch of romance, refinement, and old-world charm.
Modern spaces in a minimalist or loft style – creating contrast and highlighting the vividness of the characters.
Art spaces, galleries, and creative studios – inspiring reflections on meaning, role-playing, and emotional duality.
Offices, libraries, and theatrical lounges – serving as the perfect decoration to create an intellectual atmosphere.
Hotel lobbies, boutique stores, theaters, and conceptual cafés – attracting attention and setting a unique mood, as if taken straight from an old film.
