"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Wer kann sich noch erinnern, was wir als Kinder gedacht haben über... Schnecken? Ja, Schnecken! Heute sind das vielleicht nicht immer die besten Assoziationen. Aber wenn wir an die Kindheit zurückdenken, dann sind es doch eher schöne Erinnerungen, oder?
Wenn man Tiere fotografiert, muss man sich Zeit nehmen, weil sie natürlich nicht sofort die Pose einnehmen, die man sich wünscht. Also schaut man sie stundenlang an – und so habe ich die Schnecken wiederentdeckt...
Schnecken sind faszinierend. Wenn man sich ein bisschen Zeit nimmt, um sie zu beobachten, erkennt man, wie unterschiedlich sie sind – nicht nur vom Aussehen!
Zuerst schaut man zu, wie sie aus ihren Häusern kriechen und ihre langen Fühler ausstrecken. Dann lässt man sich einfach überraschen! Es ist unglaublich, wie man selbst dabei entspannt. Kann ich nur empfehlen... ;-)
Wenn ich von meinen Fotos erzähle, lachen die Leute zuerst. „Wie? Du fotografierst Schnecken?“ :-D
Und dann schauen sie sich meine Bilder an... Es ist mir aufgefallen, wie überrascht sie sind, weil sie nicht erwartet haben, so viele unterschiedliche Schnecken zu sehen.
Mit meinen Bildern möchte ich das Interesse, das wir früher einmal hatten, wieder erwecken. Um jeden Geschmack zu treffen, arbeite ich mit vielen verschiedenen Stilrichtungen. Viel Spaß beim Anschauen!
