Localiza-se no Largo Menino Deus, junto ao Castelo de S. Jorge, em Lisboa. "A Casa Amarela Quinhentista" foi tema de pintura a óleo e aguarela ao longo dos anos. Por exemplo, em 1927 o pintor Francis Smith interpretou-a numa pintura a óleo - obra que faz parte da coleção do Museu Calouste Gulbenkian em Lisboa.
Some history about this representation: Maintaining its original layout, this 16th century building is one of the survivors of the 1755 earthquake. It's located in Largo Menino Deus, next to Castelo de S. Jorge, in Lisbon. "A Casa Amarela Quinhentista" (The Sixteenth Century Yellow House) was the subject of oil and watercolor paintings over the years. For example, in 1927 the painter Francis Smith interpreted it in an oil painting - a work that is part of the collection of the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum in Lisbon.
