Diplomatosi nell'anno 1981, negli anni '90 intraprende la strada della pittura ad olio su tela; utilizza anche l'acrilico, gli smalti, gli inchiostri, dipingendo anche su lamiera, cartone, legno ed altro. Esegue, [...]

Diplomatosi nell'anno 1981, negli anni '90 intraprende la strada della pittura ad olio su tela; utilizza anche l'acrilico, gli smalti, gli inchiostri, dipingendo anche su lamiera, cartone, legno ed altro. Esegue, inoltre, acquerelli, disegni a carboncino, sanguigna e matita; intraprende, inventandola, la strada della “Post-It-Art” ed utilizza lastre radiografiche per alcune proprie rappresentazioni, sia bi che tridimensionali. Frequenta dal 1994 i corsi di modellato e manipolazione dell'argilla, tenuti dal maestro Maurizio Previtali, del quale, nel corso degli anni, diventa assistente. Da lui apprende le tecniche basilari ed i segreti per realizzare opere in creta di ottima fattura. Modella dal pieno, a tutto tondo, a “colombino” (lucignolo), a sfoglia; apprende la tecnica Raku, il secondo fuoco, l'uso di smalti, terre, ossidi, grafite, cere, fumi, acidi, combustioni, polveri (di marmo, pietra ed alabastro) ed inchiostri da stampa offset. Esegue infinite sperimentazioni che portano a risultati sorprendenti, come le patine bronzo o i colaggi plastici. Lavora il gesso, sia per creare stampi che per formare opere finite. Sempre sotto la guida del maestro M. Previtali, frequenta il corso di scultura della pietra (di Sarnico) che gli permette di scolpire pietra, marmo e alabastro ed un corso di tecniche di incisione quali puntasecca, cera-molle (vernice-molle) ed acquaforte. Partecipa a un corso di disegno tenuto dall'architetto Franco Mazza. Esegue anche opere in bronzo a cera persa, di cui cura i passi salienti come il ritocco delle cere e la patinatura finale. Infine, esegue opere in vetroresina, poliuretano, resina poliestere, materiali sintetici, gomme, carta stagnola, insetti, materiali di riciclo ed altro. Realizza stampi in gomma siliconica per riprodurre multipli. Inizia ad esporre nel 1995, ed in alcuni concorsi vince persino premi significativi. Alcune sue opere fanno parte di collezioni private, di enti museali ed associazioni culturali, in Italia e all'estero.
