Igor Eliseev’s creativity is original and unique, and his, thin nervous poetics and eloquent minimalism, have won hearts of thousands of admirers. His mysterious paintings, which are similar to dreams, meditation, trips to other dimensions, invite us to walk through secret paths and to touch the secrets, which the author has pulled out from emptiness, from dialogues with tranquility, which are impossible to translate. Each of his exhibitions is like a window to something abnormal. Here you can hear the music which vibrates on the same very "high" frequencies with his paintings. The harmonious integration into the fabric of the exhibition video is surprising.
By establishing their own style, the author is going through a creative path, creating a few conceptual series, consisting of fine art and video installations, with a single philosophical concept. The study of art and culture of Islam for several years has made a huge influence on Igor Eliseev’s creative foundation. Igor Eliseev is a Russian painter who has opened numerous solo exhibitions throughout China and Russia. Working with oil on canvas, Eliseev is inspired by diverse stimuli, including Turkish carpets and Arabian stories. Mysterious and radiant, Eliseev's figurative works border on the surreal, and are abundant with geometric patterns and motifs from ancient Arabic art.
