"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Fields and swaths of color, interrupted with dripped and poured paint, rich textured areas produced by beach sand and special mediums, yield a strong imagery that intrigues the viewer.
I often explore the interplay of color and texture, while infusing it with my own perspective, to evoke an emotional response. The woman's body, seemingly unfinished leaves unanswered questions and takes the artwork in a completely new direction.

Ifigenia Christodoulidou-Kefalogianni is a contemporary Greek artist. She has had 5 solo exhibitions and has participated in several group exhibitions.

In praise of imperfection
In my artistic exploration, I derive immense beauty from objects and scenes that often go unnoticed by most. I am captivated by the allure of weathered doors and walls, where layers of peeling paint unveil glimpses of the past, of vintage items with decaying finishes and rough textures and of the rusty surfaces of abandoned ships in shipyards... All of these hold a profound fascination for me, beckoning me to embrace their inherent charm.
