SUS OBRAS HAN TRASPASADO FRONTERAS HACIA PAISES COMO ESTADOS UNIDOS Y VENEZUELA, Y MUY ESPECIALMENTE EN LA ISLA DE LAS ANTILLANAS HOLANDESAS "ARUBA".
