Born in 1949, Kazan, USSR.
At 1980 Applied for emigration to Israel and was refused. As a result of the application was arrested and kept in the Municipal Mental Hospital (branch of a Forensic Examinations Institute).
At 1989 repatriated to Israel, lives in Jerusalem.
