Description:
Sometimes it seems that our conscience guides us through life like
a wind vane, indicating the direction we should go, where to stop, and where to stay. Perhaps it leads someone to go back and finish something that hasn’t been completed. Or maybe it prompts us to start something long forgotten in the rush of life, something we haven’t yet begun. Or maybe it pushes us to correct past mistakes. On the other hand, some people set their conscience aside. But can it truly be ignored? Doesn’t it suffocate, tear at us, and roar inside, reminding those who try to ignore it - especially when driven by circumstances and goals that lie beyond the reach of conscience?
Are consciences variable in size and strength? Perhaps for some, it is vast and strong, while for others it is weak and sickly.
Conscience seems to be the greatest motivator, the source of strength and energy that drives us toward the good, toward the light - the true goals of each individual. If we follow it, we perform the actions that are the reasons why we are here at all - as a small task to be completed in the endless journey, which pauses for a moment in the shape of this life, in time and space, for us to realize it. Perhaps some are returned multiple times until they understand the existence of conscience and the true goals of each individual, in order to move forward? Maybe for some, it is so strong that it leads them to return to time and space deliberately, when it seems that something is calling them, even while they are already part of a bigger, wider system - where the choices and goals of the infinite journey are guided by the conscience of each soul.
