Based in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains in Western Massachusetts, I paint cats in both anthropomorphic and more natural poses, in a naive self-taught style of glazed oil painting that I have developed over a period of about 30 years.

In what seems like another life, I also worked as an archaeologist for many years and have a degrees in anthropology and American Civilization. I love old houses, vintage household goods, needlework, color, animals and just about anything that is handmade with love and care.
