My philosophy is simple...I see something beautiful and I like to re-create the look, feel and texture on walls. I don't like boring, flat painted walls...I like to give the walls feeling and create an amazing backdrop for the furniture and fixtures! My favorite techniques are Venetian Plaster and Marmorino. On a recent trip to Italy in the summer of 2006 I fell in love with the beautiful shine of the marble based plaster on walls - truly spectacular. I also love old Frescos like the ones seen in the ruins of Pompeii. Old World finishes are something that I continually try to master and add to my portfolio.
