Hayk Hovhannisyan, a contemporary Armenian artist, embarked on an educational journey that led him through the corridors of the Yerevan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, as well as the Gyumri Academy of Arts. From a young age, the artistic gene inherited from his father has woven its way through his life, intertwining with a lifelong passion for beauty that has remained a steadfast companion on his artistic journey.
Sculpture became the focal point of Hovhannisyan's artistic expression, and over the years, it evolved into a consuming passion. Constantly dedicating his time to this medium, he immersed himself in the creation of works that serve as tangible manifestations of his experiments, reflections, and artistic endeavors. The body of his work represents a decade-long exploration and development of his creative voice.
Through the fusion of inherited artistic instincts, formal education, and an enduring commitment to beauty, Hayk Hovhannisyan has carved a unique path in the realm of contemporary Armenian art.
