EUTERPE

I am Fulvia Guccini (aka F. Guccina) a lover of all art but, in particular, Renaissance art. At the age of twenty, I was commissioned by the Italian Post Office to create a commemorative postcard for the bicentenary of the birth of Giuseppe Garibaldi. After having put painting aside for many years for work reasons, I resumed with renewed commitment and passion. Some of my works are reinterpretations of great artists who have represented for me the right stimulus and incentive, others are contemporary works made on commission.

I have exhibited in my city, Rome, but also in Florence and abroad such as Madrid, New York, Monte Carlo and South Korea. Shortly after my artistic recovery I was unexpectedly selected to participate in the American Empire Prize, which took place in New York on October 29, 2017 in collaboration with the Costanza Foundation and the U.S. Ambassador Michael Lam and the event took place at the American Art Folk Museum Moma in New York.

Continuing, I was selected for the José Dalì Art Award 2018 and I met with great pleasure the Maestro José Van Roy Dalì, son of Salvador Dalì.

I had the pleasure of publishing some of my works in prestigious magazines such as the Collana Premio Vittorio Sgarbi, Annuario Artisti Mondadori and Arte e Artisti Contemporanei.

Various awards received on this path, including the awarding of the High Honor of Cavaliere dell'Arte on March 15, 2018 in Palermo.

"La Fuga", another of my works, is located at the Haegeumgang Theme Museum in South Korea where it is permanently exhibited.

I am regularly registered in the World Register of Artists, category Painter.
