Bi Guanliang, male, Han nationality, born in Beijing in June 1964, bachelor degree, successively graduated from the Renmin University of China, the Chinese Painting Academy's Creation Training Class, and the China National Academy of Painting Advanced Class. He has studied figures, flowers, birds and landscapes under the famous painters Liang Zhanyan, Xing Shaochen, and Liu Mu. In 2006, he was admitted to the studio of famous painter, art theorist, doctoral tutor of Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, and tutor of the Chinese National Academy of Painting Mentor Committee. He is currently a full-time painter of "Red Flag Picture Magazine" of Qiushi Magazine, member of Artists Branch of China Democratic National Construction Association, member of Beijing Municipal Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association, director of Chinese National Painters Association, and art consultant of China Zhongshan International Charity Foundation. Good at traditional Chinese painting, landscape, calligraphy and seal cutting. In 1991, he was invited by the Chinese Cultural Exchange Center of the former Soviet Union to go to Moscow for academic exchanges and held a personal painting and calligraphy exhibition. In 1995, he was invited by the Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce for academic exchanges and held a personal calligraphy and painting exhibition in Australia. He once drove alone for half a year to inspect and collect styles in North, East, and South China, and accumulated a lot of material for future landscape painting creation. Participated in the national exhibitions sponsored by the China Artists Association and the Chinese Painting Research Institute, and was collected by many domestic and foreign cultural institutions and celebrities. Many works were given to foreign friends by relevant national institutions as gifts, and many theoretical articles on calligraphy and painting were published. , Art biography and works have been included in the compilation of "Who's Who in Contemporary Chinese Art Circles", "Dictionary of Chinese Contemporary Young Calligraphers", "Collections of Chinese Famous Artists", "Pen and Ink Master", "Painting Style", "Chinese Contemporary Masters" Collected Works of Painting and Calligraphy (Taiwan), "Education and Ways" edited by the Chinese Painting Research Institute, "Collection of Contemporary Chinese Painting Masters" by the China Artists Association, and "Exquisite Appreciation of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters".
