Full-time and freelance artist since 1995. Caricaturist, illustrator, draughtsman, painter and graphic designer. Self-taught in the field of fine art, after a previous career as an industrial clerk (apprenticeship with a Chamber of Commerce degree) and business graduate (university degree). Numerous publications of political cartoons in daily newspapers and magazines. Publication of comics and cartoons, but also delivery of commissioned drawings on request for interested customers. Extensive work in the field of technical and vehicle illustrations, portraits, landscapes and nudes, executed as drawings and paintings. I take great pleasure in artistic sketching outdoors, creating landscape and architectural sketches spontaneously on long walks using a sketchbook or notepad with pencil or biros. Since the mid-1990s, voluntary work as an illustrator for the German Society for the Promotion of Culture (DGFK e.V.), Berlin.
