Giorgos Orfanos

Giorgos “George” Orfanos, born in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1955, is an accomplished artist with a dual passion for science and art.

While studying Physics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he began exploring the world of art, experimenting with various techniques and styles.

Orfanos is particularly drawn to abstract nature and seascapes, capturing the essence of the natural world through his distinctive artistic lens. His work is a reflection of his deep connection to his homeland and his continuous exploration of artistic expression.

He has held three individual exhibitions and participated in numerous group art fairs across Greece, consistently showcasing his unique perspective and creative versatility.
