'Ours on Mars' is my new series of fantastic artworks. In it I show how earthlings ("ours") live on Mars. Everyone has their own house, and next to it is a garden and a vegetable garden. You can always relax in the garden, and fresh fruits and flowers grow there. And fresh vegetables grow in the garden. Many have vineyards. Everyone has different gardens. [...]
'Ours on Mars' is my new series of fantastic artworks. In it I show how earthlings ("ours") live on Mars. Everyone has their own house, and next to it is a garden and a vegetable garden. You can always relax in the garden, and fresh fruits and flowers grow there. And fresh vegetables grow in the garden. Many have vineyards.
Everyone has different gardens. It depends on the taste and wealth of the owners. Someone has a pool in the garden, someone has a small glade where you can lie down a little and dream or recall your distant beautiful Earth.
We - earthlings - will always and everywhere remain what we are: romantics, dreamers, but, at the same time, persistent inventors and toiler.

A whimsical house with colorful windows stands amidst a vibrant, rocky landscape. Near the house, two lush trees provide shade to a person sitting on a bench reading. Bold colors and surreal elements create a dreamlike atmosphere.

I always draw my artwork promptly with pen and ink or marker or gel pen. I never use before it a pencil and an eraser. When you draw like that, the pictures come out very fresh and lively.

I do my artworks only with high-quality materials: professional watercolors on special watercolor paper. I hope that my paintings will delight you for a long time.

Like a dream, like a fairy tale … I think I like them because in my works I also try to create a fairy and ideal World. As Mother Teresa said: “Life is a beauty. Admire it. Life is a dream. Do it. Life is an adventure. Dare for it!”

Born in Kharkiv (Ukraine). In 1984–1988 studied at Kharkiv Childrens Art School #2. Graduated with honors. In 1988–1992 studied at Kharkiv State Art College in the department of painting. Graduated with honors. In 1992–1997 studied at Kharkiv Institute of Fine and Industrial Arts (now Kharkiv Academy of Design and Arts) at the department of “Drawing”. Took an external degree and graduated with honors. Won the competition among the students of the institute for training in Germany. Boris (Bob) Mikhailov and Sergey Bratkov were among members of jury. In 1997 trained at Nuremberg Academy of Fine Arts.
