Doñana es patrimonio de la humanidad, declarada por la UNESCO, y uno de los humedales más importantes del mundo.
Y, a pesar de todo este reconocimiento y protección, se trata de un ecosistema víctima de la agricultura intensiva y de los pozos ilegales.
El crecimiento sin control de la agricultura intensiva en los últimos años y, sobre todo, las más de 3000 hectáreas de cultivos ilegales están llevando el acuífero a una situación crítica.
Si no se actúa ya, el agotamiento del acuífero podría ser irreversible.

Gabriele Friscia is a musician, photographer and painter. Double bassist soloist of the Orchestra of Córdoba and self-taught photographer. He has been a member of AFOCO (Asociación Fotográfica Cordobesa) since August 2007. As a photographer, he presented to the public his first exhibition entitled "Visiones en la arena - Tracce" at "La Carbonería" in Seville in February 2004, after having spent his life taking photos. Selected at the 6th Biennial of Plastic Arts Rafael Botí 2006, he participated in various Spanish photography biennials such as the Biennial of Cordoba and the Biennial of Olot in 2008, 2006, 2010 and 2014.
He has had more than 20 solo photography exhibitions in different galleries in Spain and Italy, including the 6th Biennial of Plastic Arts Rafael Botí 2006, various Spanish photography biennials such as the Biennial of Cordoba and the Biennial of Olot in 2008, 2006, 2010 and 2014; "Fotografía Accidental", an integral exhibition of his work at the CAI gallery in Puerto de Santa Maria or at "Parioli Fotografía Studio" in Rome.
He has dedicated himself to painting since 2014, working under the tutelage of José Luis Muñoz Luque and exhibiting at the Diputación de Córdoba in the last two collective student exhibitions. February 2020 he has his first solo exhibition devoted solely to his pictorial work. Efímera/pintura was exhibited at Góngora Arte, Sala de oposiciones from February 14 to March 5, 2020.
