De jongen en zijn kruiken (2023) Digital Arts by Gabriela Espinoza Vázquez -Gevst
"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Originally from Sonora, Mexico, I studied Fine Arts at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Even before graduating, I had already exhibited my work in both Sonora and Nuevo León, and was honored early in my career with a first prize in a state painting competition.
In addition to painting, I’ve worked as a graphic designer and taught art history and theory at both secondary and higher education levels. I’ve served as a jury member for children’s drawing contests, co-founded an artist collective in Hermosillo, and received an honorary mention at the Todos Sonora Art Biennial for my acrylic painting John.
Since moving to the Netherlands in 2004, I’ve continued to evolve artistically. Three years ago, I began exploring digital media. Whether working on a physical or digital canvas, I let textures, ideas, and narrative elements interact and compete for attention. My creative process often begins with photography, from which I draw or construct objects that enter into dialogue with their backgrounds—together forming a visual story.
While my digital works are intended to exist in their native form, they can also be printed using a variety of techniques and formats.
