Appetior, ergo sum.

Hush Petal - a dripping delicacy
For Private Collection Only
For those who don't bid—
but still get invited backstage.

A trembling curl of smoked oyster cream folded into a velvet petal of fig-leaf raviolo,
resting on a slick of fermented lemon butter and pink salt.
The center yields: a burst of sea-brined burrata laced with white pepper and barely a breath of absinthe. Finished with a single drop of bodily sweetness:
a glaze of reduced lychee and sweat-infused sake.
Served at body temperature.
You’ll taste it before your fork arrives.

This is not a piece for the hungry.
This is for the ones who crave the moment before—
the promise that moistens the mouth, but never reaches the tongue.
