"Rendez-vous à la plage" fait partie de ma série "l'Homme au chapeau". En venant à l'Île Tudy, sur l'allée longeant la plage, il y a ces bancs à un seul dossier. J'ai eu l'idée d'un personnage se donnant rdv à ce banc. Comme d'habitude je commence mon travail par un croquis de la mise en scène. Puis sur le lieu, je réalise chaque prise de vue en fonction [...]

Puis sur le lieu, je réalise chaque prise de vue en fonction de mon croquis. Une des difficulté est de réaliser les prises assez rapidement pour avoir une cohérence de lumière. Toujours l'idée de cinéma, raconter une histoire. Tirage réalisé par mes soins sur papier coton. Possibilité de tirage jusqu'à 40x60 cm

Florent Pacaud has been a professional photographer for over 40 years. His photos tell a story and aim to challenge. He is interested in the traces left by man, society. He photographs disused places, waste, daily life, the street and also the elderly.
In his work, he first makes sketches. Then he adapts various stagings in order to draw his models into his universe, which requires them to have total confidence.
Florent Pacaud was born in 1959. He lives and works in Montpeyroux in France. He worked as a freelancer for a German company, then in communication for a Parisian agency before settling in the south of France. His photos are not cropped, they must be perfect the first time!
