To talk about the ancient city of Ephesus, one of the places that impressed me a lot;
The first establishment of the ancient city of Ephesus within the borders of Selçuk District of İzmir Province dates back to BC. It goes back to 6000 years. In the researches and excavations carried out in recent years, the mounds (prehistoric hill settlements) around Ephesus and the settlements belonging to the Bronze Ages and Hittites on the Ayasuluk Hill, where the castle is located, were found. The name of the city was Apasas during the Hittites Period. B.C. The port city of Ephesus, where immigrants from Greece started to live in 1050 BC. It was moved around the Temple of Artemis in 560. Ephesus, which is visited today, was built by Lysimakhos, one of the generals of Alexander the Great, in BC. It was founded in 300 years. Ephesus, which lived its most glorious times in the Hellenistic and Roman periods, had a population of 200,000 as the capital of the Asian state and the largest port city. Ephesus was relocated again during the Byzantine Period and came to Ayasuluk Hill in Selçuk, where it was founded for the first time.

In my business life, I turned to fashion design. In this regard, I worked as a designer, creative director and art consultant in domestic and international apparel companies.
In my professional life, I worked especially with watercolor, pencil drawing technique and various software.
I am still working on painting by combining my academic education with the designer background of many years. Ancient civilizations, cities, nature and abstract subjects, which are among the historical riches of our country, occupy an important place in my watercolor and charcoal painting works. The details together with the general harmony in the compositions attract my attention and are effective in my works.
I took part in various exhibitions and organizations with my works.
After the annoying pandemic process that affected us all, I started to participate in these organizations and exhibitions professionally again.
In my new period painting works, in addition to watercolor and pencil drawing techniques, I produce works with acrylic technique on canvas.
I also work on relief decorative ceramic products and various forms with ceramics.
