Roberto Fantini is a contemporary Italian artist. He uses everything from mythological characters to sophisticated contemporary ideas as overlapping, interfering references, inspired by travel, dance, theater, fashion, and photography. He eventually creates an artistic realm in which problems of identity and character take center stage, using surreal elements.
Roberto Fantini was born in 1960, in Rome, Italy, where he graduated from the I Liceo Artistico Via Ripetta. Fantini has exhibited in galleries and at major art fairs in Italy and abroad, including the Amsterdam Affordable Art Fair, the London Affordable Art Fair, and the New York Art Southampton.
