ZOU travaille la matière de façon instinctive, peint et mélange ses couleurs sur la toile. Après plus de 20 ans dans le domaine de la sculpture, le pigment, l’acrylique, l’huile, elle s’oriente vers des toiles abstraites aux couleurs vives, chaleureuses et envolées. Le geste est libre, il laisse exploser des sensations vibrantes et chatoyantes dans des mises en scènes oniriques et expressives.

En 2015, elle suit une formation de vitrailliste à Nice dans l’atelier de Florence Laugier ce qui lui permet d'élargir son imagination et son style de même que le dessin. Le travail du verre avec ses ombres et Lumière, sa transparence et son opacité, elle le traduit dans sa peinture spontanée et intuitive.
