It's an exhibition that fosters dialogue between ancestral Indian lineages and synthetic cubism, allowing me to express my emotions vividly. Guided by an unbroken lineage of Indian master painters, I receive transmissions that my brushes aim to translate into the present. The exhibition showcases various emotions inherent to humans in a soothing manner inspired by the spiritual realm. It could create a tranquil atmosphere for viewers and refresh their souls, which is my ultimate goal. It will thus encourage these wandering souls to rediscover inner peace and inspire them to embrace the beauty of life and the world once again.
Le monotype, en estampe, est un procédé d'impression sans gravure qui produit un tirage unique. Il consiste à peindre à l’encre de gravure sur un support (une plaque de métal dans mon cas), le support est ensuite mis en contact avec un papier, puis pressé à l’aide d’une presse à gravure.
Je travaille l'encre, la chauffe, la pétris, et la passe sous la presse pour obtenir différentes textures et effets de lumière. Chaque encre a ses propres caractéristiques : certaines réfléchissent la lumière, d'autres l'absorbent. Le choix du papier est également crucial, car il influence le rendu final de l'encre. Travailler en ajoutant et en enlevant de l'encre, en grattant ou en caressant la plaque de métal pour créer des transparences, créer des surprises indispensables à ma création.
Je cherche au travers de mes personnages à exprimer une sincérité, une vérité,
que l’œuvre ait un sens.
Mes monotypes nécessitent un processus méticuleux. Le but est de transmettre une émotion et de donner vie à ce que je crée. J'efface ma plaque et je la refais, la refais encore, jusqu'à ce que j'obtienne quelque chose qui me transporte, que le personnage m’interpelle, qu’il ait une âme, qu’il soit vivant. Que l’œuvre ait un sens.
C’est une quête et une exigence indispensable pour moi. Je peux alors ensuite la donner au regard des autres, invitant ainsi l'observateur à une interprétation personnelle.

Percorso Artistico e Stile:
Dalle origini al figurativo: Inizialmente, Mannini si è dedicato alla copia di grandi maestri contemporanei come Dalì, Picasso, Kandinsky, Modigliani, acquisendo una solida padronanza tecnica e pittorica. Questa fase di studio e perfezionamento tecnico gli ha permesso di approdare al figurativo con opere di rilievo. I "Deserti" e l'esperienza in Algeria: Una parte significativa della sua produzione artistica è legata ai "deserti" e all'esperienza della sua infanzia trascorsa in Algeria. Le sue opere di questo periodo sono caratterizzate da figure misteriose d'Africa e suggestive distese desertiche, permeate di una poesia ambientale e di una capacità di evocare atmosfere soffuse.
