Véronique Bonamy worked from 1990 to 2000 in painting studios in Paris, some of which specialized in old painting techniques.
These techniques reinforced her taste for so-called "classical" or pre-Impressionist painting.
After working as a copyist at the Louvre for three years, she created her studio where she produces original paintings of landscapes, still lifes and portraits.
She has exhibited in salons including the Salon des Artistes Français at the Grand Palais since 2012 where she was awarded a bronze medal in 2014.
Throughout exhibitions in galleries and salons, her painting has evolved towards various contemporary or more classical subjects.
